Drop It and Leap!

Along with the sun shining, and buds appearing on the plants in my yard, there is something else brewing in me. Part of me thinks “Oh No! Spring Cleaning!” and another part is eager to get to the job. There is something so satisfying about clearing out the old and making room for the new.

So it is with our consciousness as well. Many of the world’s great thinkers, including me, are so excited about the major leap in consciousness that is occurring. The Vanguard has jumped. We see it and we feel it and we know we are all making this leap! We also know it’s a leap that can’t be made with baggage.

What kind of baggage is weighing you down? What have you been dragging around for years, or months or even days? Perhaps it’s something you haven’t had the courage to forgive, or perhaps it’s a responsibility that really isn’t yours to carry, but you’ve been carrying it. Perhaps it’s something you think you’re supposed to be doing, even though your heart is crying. Let go. The easiest way to make the leap, is to be fully in the Now.

Go ahead, drop that baggage. You aren’t doing it alone – we are leaping together, supporting each other in being authentic and free. Are you ready? Whee! What an experience!

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT

I love playing in the fields of Infinite Potentiality. I am in awe of how Life uses me to create a world that works for all. I am ready for this work. I was born for this Work.

I celebrate the One Mind, knowing this is the Mind I am using. I choose right now to just let go of all that has been holding me back from all I am meant to be. I let go of my littleness. I now realize I am already what I’ve always wanted to be, I just thought I wasn’t. I allowed myself to buy into the old paradigm of “less than.”

This is no longer my Truth. I am a whole, complete and perfect expression of The Divine. My work no longer feels heavy, but light. I am playing in the fires of Love, joyfully expressing that aspect of The Divine that is uniquely me. Every area of my Life reflects this joy, and I am pleased.

Gratefully and humbly I acknowledge all that have gone before me, preparing my way. I am so glad I am here – it is a good time to be alive! I release these words, delighting in the Truth of them. And so it is.

This Sunday is Mother’s Day. Many of us are at the age where our Mothers have already “changed address” as the Hawaiians say. Some of you, like me, might have an uneasy feeling as the day approaches. I didn’t have that wonderful mother/daughter experience that according to the media, we’re supposed to have had. I have absolutely no idea what that would feel like. I have no memories of mother/daughter intimacy, only memories of living in fear that I would do something wrong and be brutally punished.

I have done my forgiveness work, over and over, and yet every so often there is a “why” that comes up while everyone else is celebrating their Mothers. I know I am responsible for every part of my life, yet why did I contract my childhood out to abandonment, pain, and rejection?

Sometimes “why” is a futile question. Rainer Maria Rilke wrote:

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart…Try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books written in a very foreign tongue. Do not seek the answers which cannot be given to you because you would not be able to live them. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.

In other words, accept what was. Knowing why will not change the experience. I can be grateful for being born, and for the will to survive regardless of what was happening. None of my past matters today, in this moment. So in this moment, I move beyond why and honour the Mother/daughter experience I had, knowing it made me who I am today. I honour all the women whom I chose to play that role in my life and still do. Most of all I honour the Divine Feminine in all women including myself.

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT

I recognize the One Life that lives Itself through me. I honour It today as the Goddess and as I do, I honour The Divine Mother.

I know this Presence is within me. I let myself rest in the compassionate heart of the Divine Feminine. I am where I am, and who I am, because of those who have mothered me. Everything I have experienced has only been for my highest good. I now look at and feel only the good and let it resonate through out my field of consciousness.

I am where I am and who I am because of those I have mothered. The Divine Mother and I are one. This too I let resonate through out my field of consciousness.

Gratefully I celebrate Life expressing as Mother, and all that it contains. I am happy to be alive. And so it is.

September 11, 2001 is one of those days forever etched in our memories. We all remember what we were doing and how we felt when we heard the news.

It was a Tuesday morning, just like today … a morning we got up and went about our daily morning routines, not knowing something momentous was about to happen.

That day for me, as an American, was agonizing. I couldn’t do anything for anyone – all I could do was watch and pray. During a meditation that afternoon, I saw the twin towers as a gateway that had been blown open in our collective consciousness. It was a gateway of our choosing. We could choose to see the ‘axis of evil” flooding in, or we could see a wave of compassion flowing out. I chose compassion as did millions of people around the world. We began to move from feeling separate to a new idea of global oneness.

Other disasters have happened since that fateful day and others happened before it. Each one of them giving us an opportunity to choose how we want to react. Today is a good day for the collective consciousness of humanity to look at where it is still holding on and let go. We can help by looking at our personal disasters, doing our forgiveness work if needed, and letting those people (including ourselves) have safe passage through our minds and hearts.

Yes, the Global Heart is expressing more compassion, and that compassion comes from unconditional love. God is Love and Love heals.

Blessings of Love, Rev. Angelica

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT

Today I choose to reinforce the Divine Pattern of Peace in my heart. I do this by first acknowledging that no matter what any event looks like, it too is good. It cannot be anything else as all is God.

I declare on an individual and global level we are able to see the blessings in all events. If we can’t see them immediately, we call them forth anyway, knowing the highest good for all concerned.

The Law takes our declarations and makes them manifest, and Love heals and points the way.

With a grateful heart I celebrate being a part of the Compassionate Heart. And so it is.
