Spring Intentions

The other day there was a total solar eclipse and a new moon on the Vernal equinox.  Individually each event is symbolic of new beginnings.  Everything happening on the same day seems like a giant invitation from the Universe to consciously set some intentions and create newness in our lives.

Mary Morrisey, in her Prosperity Plus program, suggests starting a personal Vision statement with the words:  “I’m so happy and grateful.” I like this because being happy and grateful is one of my intentions.  So here’s a few of mine:
I’m so happy and grateful that my intention is to continue becoming more comfortable in my body.
I’m so happy and grateful that my intention is to be more focused on Spirit.
I’m so happy and grateful that my intention is to continue to be a living example of living in Principle.
I’m so happy and grateful that my intention is to continue to open my heart and live in compassion.

Now if I think of these three celestial events as a major portal in my life, I know that as I wrote and then read out loud each one, I left the past behind and stepped into a new me.  How grateful I am to know that as Dr. Holmes wrote in the Science of Mind:  “Love points the way, and Law makes the way possible.”

What intentions would you like to set?  Think about this prayerfully,  write them down, and read them out loud.
Look out world!!  We’re powerful!

AFFIRMATIVE PRAYER
Gratefully I acknowledge the powerful  Presence of The Divine.  It is absolutely everywhere.  It is living life as me, through me, for me.  I rejoice that this is so.

I know that as I stated my intentions for myself, I not only opened myself to a new understanding and experience of who I am – I also help lift the consciousness of humanity.  How good this feels to be able to be of service to my world!

I now declare I see evidence of my words all over the place.  I recognize Spirit everywhere, and this is good, very good.

I release these words into the law of mind, knowing they are so, and so it is.
